Meet me

Hey there, I'm Hailey!

I am an Idaho portrait photographer with 5 years under my belt documenting the beauty of the human experience. Not only am I a photographer, I am a mother, a sister, a friend, a wife, and a dreamer. I am passionate about beautiful portraits, but even more - I am passionate about people. From newborns to great-grandmas, celebrating people from all walks of life fills my heart with unexplainable joy.

When I'm not working on photography, you will find me snuggled up on the couch or out exploring with my family, writing (one of my major life goals is to write a young adult novel), dancing around in my kitchen while I cook up a new recipe, or in the gym. I was born with a soul that craves fresh air, connection, and creativity. I love learning about where people come from, who they are, and what they dream to become. Photography has combined my love for hearing others' stories with art in the most fulfilling way! I love it so much that I quit my career as a High School Teacher in 2022 to pursue full-time story telling.

The story behind heart of the sky

Heart represents me, and the stories I long to tell.

I am the most at home when I'm forming deep connections with the people around me. Everyone has unique and beautiful experiences, and I want to hear all about yours. I love opening my heart for people. I love being a safe space for vulnerability, honesty, and the rawness of life.

This is something that I pour into every area of my life, especially my photography. I vow to be real for you. To show you my heart, so you know you can be real for me. Because that realness is where the art you will cherish forever unfolds.

Sky represents human connection.

As humans, we have so much that separates us in this world. While I think it is beautiful and necessary to celebrate what makes us each unique, it is even more important to focus on our connections to one another. To me, the sky is one of the ultimate connecters for humanity. No matter where you are in the world, what you look like, or what you believe in- when you look up outside, you will see the sky. Your sky might look different than mine, but at the end of the day, it is the same blanket embracing each of us.
